However since 646 am on Saturday I have done five hours and five minutes of hard cardiovascular workouts. That is about 5 in 48 hours. Burned 2271 in sixty today.Did 45 88 pound assisted chin ups. 330 killers, 430 crunches and 500 q's. 800 floors and 4 minute plank weighed in at 180.
