We are back to three layers. No sweat pants though. Burned 2325! Average almost 39 a minute. Had a great workout and feel super. Super is a good feeling to know and to have. I did 60 88 pound assisted chin ups. 360 killers 450 crunches and 850 q's. Eight minutes of plank and 800 floor crunches. Weight 182.
Tuesday is the day where I am scheduled to give a short motivational talk at the daily toil. I love giving the talks and I sincerely hope that what I say finds a way to inspire anyone who hears it.
Day 1538 We are rolling towards GREATNESS!
