In retrospect, it was a good decision to do just cardio in the gym as my day included plenty of ab work and back work.
So now, with a whole day ahead we start with a workout and brace for a hurricane and find something to do to ENJOY the birthday.

The effort was solid its raining and a hurricane is coming up the east coast and is about 24 hours away. There is a possibility of losing power.
