In sixty minutes I burned 1409 calories
75 assisted chin ups
1350 crunches
550 floor crunches
eight minutes of plank
Now it all comes down to these few more hours ( 8 to be exact ) and will see what I have.
Now, I know my history. I am current. I am fluid in my reporting on what is happening I feel confident in my ability to assess any question regarding the NY area teams.
Time will tell-----
