That is correct it will be the 182ND consecutive Saturdays that I have done at least sixty minutes of cardiovascular exercise.
After yesterday's amazingly challenging day at the daily toil, I bounced back and ---
In sixty minutes I burned 1354 calories
50 assisted chin ups
50 killer crunches
650 crunches
720 floor crunches
five minutes of plank
I am psyched that after a painful beginning to the killer crunches that I feel good with doing them 50 times.
Day 1275 will be the 182ND Saturday! How awesome is that - Eighteen weeks from 200 and 200 equals 1400 days!
