A momentum grabber, as I got faster and faster. I am reminded that the exercise I have been doing for the last fours everyday is low impact. The life cycle and the arc trainer challenge the body but, in a linear fashion where as running would be considered high impact.
Today I beat yesterday's numbers by 27 calories. For those keeping track I burned 2417 in an hour.I did 45 88 pound assisted chin ups. 500 killer crunches and 600 crunches and 720 q crunches. I did seven minutes of down plank and 2 minutes of up plank. The last exercise I did was 800 floor crunches. I weighed in at 183.
Day 1519 Just about to 20!
