Here I am heading for my fourth January. I am trying to reflect on the other three.Well, right now with out the aid of Yahoo calendar I can only say, pass.
A early workout prior to a few days of later ones.
Burned 1300 in sixty did 25 chin ups, 300 killer crunches, 430 crunches 510 crunches 800 crunches, 4 minutes and started at 5 am.
Day 1408 here it comes.. New Year's Eve.
