Well done, as we breeze though a great 2 hour and five minute cardio workout. I increased my time by one minute today. We burned only 4630 calories. I decided to lessen my assistance on the chin up and still did 20. I attacked the crunches by doing 300 killers,450 crunches, 500 q's. I did 4 minutes of up plank and 3 minutes of down plank and 800 floor crunches. My entire day off workout lasted 2 hours and 45 minutes. I weighed in at 180.
So strange, I just love it that I have the energy to pound out a vigorous work out. I also love it that I use the energy and do an awesome workout every single day.
Day 1466 We should hit 1500 on April 1ST!
