When you have fought hard to get your momentum going and feeling it again and some where at some time you are hit with a (PI) you have to recoil and determine your next moves. Such was the case today as my usual 1,2,3 was jumbled into a 3, 1, 2.
I did 2322 in 60. And 300 killers,400 crunches then the jumble ensued 800 floors 3 minutes of plank and 500 q's. Weighed in at 185.
