- the desire to do the workout now is intense
- the knowledge that the more rest I get the better my calorie burn per hour
- resting more now means less rest tomorrow

Many of us are caught on a teeter toter we have emotional reasons to do things that sometimes conflict with logical reasons to do things. Along with ever present dominant reasons to avoid doing things. Tony Robbins calls them ERBN,LRBN and DRAB. Quite the lexicon of conscious awareness of our choices.

burn 1245 in area 3 - one thing I did factor in - using my favorite machine- All bets are off with any other machine- Felt great gave it my all
